Personalised birth plates make a great gift to commemorate the birth of a new baby and a keepsake that will be treasured for many years. There are a number of stock designs or we can glaze a photograph onto the china. Your baby birth plate can have any amount of wording around the rim of the plate.

Your plate is made to order so you can have any plate sytle with any of our designs – so for example the Zebra design can be glazed onto a plain plate, one with 2 gold or platinum bands, or a plate with a blue or pink rim.
Our plates are white bone china and measure 8 inches/20cm in diameter. There are several plate styles: a plain white plate, the same plate but with 2 platinum or gold bands around the rim, or we can colour the rim of the plate blue, pink or yellow. Because you can have any wording, the plate doesn’t have to commemorate a baby’s birth; why not a Christening? Or both: include the baby’s birth details and the date of the Christening. A top quality lined gift box is available as an optional extra. You will probably need one if your birth plate is a gift, but if you are buying a plate as a keepsake for your own baby you may not.
The stock design or photograph and the wording are glazed onto the bone china. The end result is permanent and the finish is similar to your coffee mug or dinner plate at home; the process is the same. Please do not confuse our plates with printed (sublimated) plates; the finish on those is not permanent and will fade quite quickly. You can recognise that type of plate as it is not possible to print around the rim as the process uses a heat press which can cope only with flat surfaces.
